Neighborhood-Zero, Texas

Just outside the metropolis of Austin in the gorgeous Texas Hill Country, Neighborhood Zero is an 18-acre coliving property. It has a shared container cabin kitchen, laundry, and living room, along with >200Mbps internet, an outdoor bathhouse, sauna, cowboys pools, onsite trails, creek and van-camp.

Sandy/Mount Hood, Oregon

Just 45 minutes east of downtown Portland and 45 minutes west of Mount Hood, this site couldn't be more convenient. Turning off the highway, the sounds fades away as you're immersed by the woods surrounding Cedar Creek. This tranquil space is tucked away on multiple acres with forested hills, several ponds, and a small river through the middle of the property. The community house sits atop a hill overlooking it all.

Elkenmist, Washington

Elkenmist is a massive, 125-acre property full of lush pastures and forests full of elk, deer, otters, coyotes, birds. and beavers. The site features two creeks, a small orchard, a 24-foot yurt, and a cozy wood-fired sauna.

The Shire, Idaho

The Shire sits on five acres in the Teton Valley, between the Big Hole Mountains and the Tetons. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, swimming, climbing, and all sorts of outdoor adventures. In the winter, you're a quick drive from world-class skiing.

How it works

Complete the registration form so we know when to expect you and which location you'll be visiting.

Sign our code of conduct, which lays out what we ask of members while they're on-site.

Pay for your pass to lock in your spot. If your plans change, you can refund your pass until a month from the planned start of your visit.

Have a quick call with a community member to coordinate the details of your visit and get paired with a welcome buddy who'll show you around when you join us on-site.
